At Alpha Gear Fitness AU, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

General Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Replacement of defective parts where applicable.
  • Repair or replacement of the product at our discretion.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper assembly.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow maintenance instructions.
  • Commercial use of products intended for residential use.
  • Unauthorized repairs or product modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.

Product Maintenance

To keep your equipment performing safely and efficiently:

  • Clean equipment regularly.
  • Lubricate moving parts where recommended.
  • Inspect bolts, cables, belts, and fasteners periodically.
  • Store equipment indoors in a dry, temperature-controlled environment.
  • Follow the maintenance instructions provided with your product.

Failure to properly maintain your equipment may void your warranty.

Consumable parts include items such as belts, cables, grips, rollers, pedals, seats, upholstery, pads, and similar wear items.

Commercial Equipment

Commercial fitness equipment supplied by Alpha Gear Fitness AU is covered by a separate commercial warranty where applicable.

Typical commercial warranty includes:

  • Frame – 10 Years
  • Parts – 3 Years
  • Labour – 2 Years
  • Consumable Parts – 6 Months

Commercial warranty is valid only when the equipment is maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended servicing schedule.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please email info@alphagearfitness-au.com with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • Description of the fault
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Your contact details

Our team will assess your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or supply of replacement parts.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
