Refund & Returns Policy
At Alpha Gear Fitness AU, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled for orders placed through alphagearfitness-au.com.
Change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unassembled where applicable, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging, manuals, accessories and proof of purchase.
Before returning an item, contact us at info@alphagearfitness-au.com so we can provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Items not eligible for change-of-mind return
- Items that have been used, assembled, altered, damaged after delivery or are no longer in resalable condition.
- Items returned without essential parts, accessories, manuals or original packaging where this affects resale.
- Special-order, custom or personalised products unless faulty or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
- Gift cards and other non-returnable items where permitted by law.
Return shipping
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated freight costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will work with you on the appropriate return or collection arrangement.
